She graduated in Physiotherapy from Centro Universitário São Camilo ES (2007-2010). She studied Health and Education at School at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2013). Specialized in Geriatric Physiotherapy at the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar - 2013). Specialized in Collective Health: Concentration in Monitoring, Evaluation and Information at the Federal University of Bahia (2022-2023). Master's in Physiotherapy from the University of the City of São Paulo (2017). Master's in Physiotherapy with recognition of title by the University of Aveiro - Portugal (2023). PhD in Collective Health/Epidemiology from the Federal University of Espírito Santo (2021/2024)) with a sandwich period at the University of Minho (2022-2023). He is Adjunct Professor C1 of the Physiotherapy course at the Institute of Health and Biotechnology (ISB) of the Federal University of Amazonas (UFAM). He is a founding and active member of the LEPISC research group (Laboratory for Studies, Research and Interventions in Collective Health), research line: Epidemiology of ageing, functionality and quality of life in the elderly - at the Federal University of Amazonas (ISB).Vice-coordinator, researcher and member of the study and research group SAPPA (Study of Health in Primary Care of the Amazonian Population). Member of the Study and Research Group on Community Health, Environmental Health and Territorialities in Amazonas (GEPSCAT Amazônia). Researcher at REDE REMOBILIZE, a study coordinated by Prof. Dr. Monica Perracini that investigated the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on the mobility of elderly Brazilians. Ad Roc consultant for the Science at School Program of the Amazonas State Research Foundation - FAPEAM. He is currently working on research focused on rural/Amazonian ageing and indigenous ageing. She has more than 10 years of clinical experience in Gerontology Physiotherapy, Home Care for the Elderly and Neurofunctional Physiotherapy for the Elderly. She has experience in the area of Public Health with a focus on: Physiotherapy in Gerontology; Epidemiology of Ageing; Rural Ageing; Indigenous Ageing; Primary Health Care; Assessment of chronic pain in the elderly; Neurofunctional Physiotherapy for the Elderly and Physiotherapy applied to Oncology. She works mainly on the following topics: epidemiology of aging, geriatrics/gerontology in Physiotherapy, rural aging, primary health care, cognition in the elderly, pain in the elderly and methodological studies of Physiotherapy in Oncology.
