I have a keen interest in the recruitment and retention of staff in regional, rural and remote areas. In particular, the integration and challenges that present to graduates entering the profession and overseas trained staff. I also have an interest in the influences of rural placements for professionals. I consider myself well versed in qualitative research methods and education.
