I hold a BSc in Mathematics and a MSc in Biostatistics by the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece. I have working experience from the Julius Center of the University Medical Center Utrecht, the Netherlands in the field of Infectious Diseases'Eepidemilogy. I am currently a research associate and PhD candidate at the Clinic of Social and Family Medicine, School of Medicine, University of Crete, working in several European and locally funded research projects. My areas of interest include Epidemiology, Public Health, Family Practice Research, Statistics and Research Methodology.
